Data Deletion Instructions

What data we receive through Meta

• Advertising data from ad accounts you have shared with us, such as campaign structure and performance metrics.
• Page and Instagram account information for assets you have granted us partner access to.
• Basic profile information (name, email) if you connect with Facebook Login.

We never sell this data and only use it to provide the services you have engaged us for.

Step 1 — Disconnect AI Video from your Meta account

This immediately stops any further data access.

1. If you connected via Facebook Login: go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find the AI Video app, and click Remove.
2. If you granted business partner access: go to business.facebook.com/settings → Users → Partners, select AI Video, and remove our access to your assets.

Step 2 — Request deletion of data we hold

Email support@aivideo.com with the subject line "Meta Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. Please include the name of your business or ad account so we can locate your data.

We will confirm your request within 7 days and permanently delete all data we received through Meta about you or your business within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
