Font Upload Terms
These terms apply whenever you upload a font file to AI Video. They supplement our Terms & Conditions. By checking the confirmation box and uploading a font, you agree to the following.
1. You must hold the rights
You represent and warrant that you own the font, or hold a valid license that permits you to upload it to AI Video and to use and embed it in the videos and other content you create — including any commercial use you make of that content. Many font licenses restrict embedding or web use; it is your responsibility to check yours before uploading.
2. License you grant us
You retain all rights to the fonts you upload. So that the product can work, you grant AI Video a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your uploaded fonts, and to embed them in content rendered at your direction. We do not use your fonts for any other purpose, and we do not make them available to other customers.
3. Shared projects
Fonts you apply in a project travel with that project. Anyone you share the project with — collaborators, or viewers of a share link — will see and render your uploaded font as part of that content. By uploading, you confirm that your rights to the font cover this kind of shared, team, or collaborative use.
4. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the fonts you upload and for any claims arising from their use. If a rights holder notifies us that an uploaded font infringes their rights, we may remove it from your account and from unrendered projects without notice.
5. Removal
You can stop using an uploaded font at any time. To request deletion of an uploaded font file from your account, contact support@aivideo.com.
